We Want to Hear From You!
Help Us Guide the Future of the Newsletter
We’d love your input on what topics you’d like to see more of on Night Shift. Sleep medicine is evolving quickly—from the science of obstructive sleep apnea’s effects to dental sleep, surgery, and emerging tech—and we want to make sure we’re covering the areas that are most valuable to readers.
We will also be attending and presenting at the upcoming SLEEP 2026 Annual Meeting hosted by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine in Baltimore. Looking forward to connecting with clinicians, researchers, and industry collaborators there—and bringing new voices and worthwhile topics back to the newsletter in the months ahead. Let us know what you’d like to read more about! 💤

Well, one of the topics that goes unrecognized frequently is my lane of work, which is how to support the night shift workers as they're supporting their patients? Sleep technologists, for example, have to monitor sleeping patients. But who monitors the well-being of our sleep techs? So my heart and compassion is how to help night shift workers maintain their resilience, their energy, their overall health while working the shift that goes against the very circadian rhythm that maintains wellness. My focus is how to eat, how to move and how to create an environment conducive to sleep.
